Finding Your MAC Address
Your MAC address is a unique identifier needed to activate your subscription.
- Look at the sticker on the bottom of your MAG Box
- OR go to Settings ? System Settings ? Device Info
- Write down the MAC Address (Format: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX)
- Send this MAC address to us to activate your trial/subscription
Configuring Portal URL
Step 1: Enter System Settings
- Press Setup/Settings button on remote
- Select "System Settings"
- Go to "Servers" ? "Portals"
Step 2: Enter Portal Details
- Select "Portal 1 Name" and enter:
