Copyright Policy
Super IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
DMCA Notice Requirements
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our service, please notify our copyright agent as set forth below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
How to File a DMCA Notice

Response Time
We will review and respond to all valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material
- Terminate repeat infringers' accounts
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of removed material and its location before removal
- Your contact information
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction
Repeat Infringer Policy
Super IPTV will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers.
Content Compliance
Super IPTV provides access to licensed content through authorized partnerships and agreements. We do not host or store copyrighted content on our servers. Our service aggregates content from legitimate sources and complies with all applicable copyright laws.
